Rolling Start For Sale! Wanted! - Conditions of Service

1. The object of the Rolling Start For Sale/ Wanted service is very simple, it is a place where potential private buyers and sellers can make contact.
2. All entries on the For Sale/ Wanted page will include a full name and either a contact telephone number and/or email address.
3. Potential buyers and sellers will make contact direct with eachother. Rolling Start will not operate as a go-between or become involved in dispute resolution.  Beware of fraudsters and never make payments or give bank details unless you know who you are dealiing with.
3. In no way is the inclusion of an item on the For Sale/ Wanted page to be taken as an endorsement of the quality, condition or value of that item by Rolling Start.
5. Buyers and sellers at all times must satisfy themselves of the quality, condition and value of items to be traded.
6. Rolling Start will in no way be held responsible for the payment or delivery of items traded.
7. Items will be displayed for a minimum of one calendar month after which they will be removed.
8. Sellers are asked to notify Rolling Start when an item has been sold so as to avoid unecessary enquiries after a deal has been struck.
9. Only items and goods that are related to oval racing will be included.  Rolling Start retains editorial control over the site content and decisions on this matter will be final.  Adverts that are badly written and contain poor spelling will not be edited, they simply will not be published.
10. Reports of abuse of this service will result in any adverts being removed as soon as is practicable and a ban on future advertising.
11. All adverts must be submitted by email.
12. Adverts will normally be published within ten working days of receipt of payment (usually publication will be much quicker than this). If an advert is not published within this timescale then, on request, any payment received will be refunded.
13. Only those buyers and sellers who are prepared to accept these conditions in their entirety should use this service.
