Officially called a "Sponsors Day", an opportunity for the drivers to say thankyou to the sponsors and crew by handing over their cars for the day.
At times it was like musical chairs with helmets and cars swapping hands as drivers tried out a different formulae with varying degrees of success.
A great day out for kids of all ages as the didlies gathered on their bikes both motorised and pedal powered for a few laps around the track before being driven round in a stockcar by their favourite driver, proving to be a wonderful public relations exercise from the Stockcar Club.
Lots of potential drivers having a go, as well as a couple of "swingers" coming out for the first time!
A wonderful sunny Autumn afternoon with lots of wide smiles on everyones faces. great stuff.
