TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entries into both the Business and Raceteam Directories will be made based on the information supplied to OVAL4.BIZ by that Business or Raceteam for inclusion on the site.  Only that information that the business or raceteam wishes to be published should be submitted.
2. After an entry has been added the respective business or raceteam will be asked to check it for accuracy.   Responsibility for this rests with the respective business or raceteam and no responsibility will be accepted for any errors in any entry. Similarly each business or raceteam will be expected to provide updated information - such as updated contact details - as and when this becomes necessary.
3. OVAL4.BIZ will make reasonable endeavours to keep the website up-to-date.  Any entry will be deleted upon request.   Amendments to any entry will be made upon request but if these become regular then OVAL4.BIZ reserves the right to make a charge.
4. If OVAL4.BIZ receives any reports that an entry on the site is out-of-date, misleading or mischievous then it will be deleted.
5. The inclusion of any business on OVAL4.BIZ should not be taken as an endorsement of the quality of goods or services supplied.   Its purpose is solely to act as a signpost to the places where an interested person might wish to do business.
6. If OVAL4.BIZ is requested to make enhancements to any entry on the website for which a charge is payable then the amount will be payable within 30 days of the enhancements being published.  If payment is not received within 30 days then the enhancement will be removed, and it will not be restored until backdated payment is received.  No reminders will be sent.
7. OVAL4.BIZ will make reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous service, ie 24 hours per day, 365 day per year.  However, occasional breaks in service through server breakdowns etc do occur and the limit of any liability will be to extend the time of any paid service by an equivalent to the amount of time lost.  Under no circumstances will refunds be made.
